Priority processing accelerates our preparation and response times. It cannot accelerate Ukrainian government processing timelines — the State Employment Service has a statutory 30-working-day window that no fee can shorten. We are transparent about this before you pay for any expedited service.
What Priority Processing Includes
| Queue position | Your case is prioritised in our preparation queue — documents reviewed and prepared ahead of standard-queue cases |
|---|---|
| Dedicated contact | One named lawyer is your sole point of contact throughout the engagement — no handoffs, no delays finding updates |
| Same-day responses | All client queries are responded to within 4 working hours during business days |
| Compressed preparation | Document preparation and review completed in 1–2 working days rather than 3–5 |
| Submission tracking | Active monitoring of government processing status with updates at each stage change |
What It Costs
Priority processing is an add-on to any service engagement. The fee depends on the complexity of the case and the degree of timeline compression required. It is quoted individually after an initial assessment of your timeline and situation. Typical range: $50–$150 above the standard service fee.
To enquire about priority processing for a specific case, email us with your deadline and a brief description of your situation. We will advise on whether the timeline is achievable and what the priority fee would be.
When It Is Not Available
If a client's timeline requires the government processing window to be shorter than the statutory minimum, we cannot take the case as a priority engagement — because the outcome (within the requested timeline) is not achievable regardless of our preparation speed. We will tell you this clearly rather than take payment for a service that cannot deliver.
