Priority Processing
You have a hard deadline — an embassy appointment date, a DMSU booking, an employer start date. Priority processing moves your case to the front of our preparation queue, gives you a direct WhatsApp line during processing, and ensures same-day acknowledgement of every document you submit. It is an add-on to any service, at $49.
Added to any service. You pay the primary service fee plus $49. Confirm your deadline when you request.

What priority processing includes
- Priority queue — your case reviewed before all standard-queue cases
- Direct WhatsApp line during processing — one named contact, no handoffs
- Same-day acknowledgement of every document submitted
- Expedited internal turnaround (1–2 days vs. standard 3–5 days)
- 4-hour response to client queries during business hours
What priority processing does not include
- ×Faster government processing at DSZ or DMSU — statutory timelines are fixed
- ×Embassy appointment queue prioritisation — consular booking is separate
- ×Outcome guarantees — priority does not change the legal merits of your case
- ×Additional legal services beyond the scope of your primary service
Priority processing accelerates our preparation and response time — not the Ukrainian government's. The State Employment Service (DSZ) has a statutory 30-working-day window for work permit decisions. DMSU processing for residence permits follows its own statutory schedule. No fee paid to any party — including us — can shorten those windows. We state this clearly before you pay, not after.
When Priority Makes Sense
Priority processing is useful in specific situations where the bottleneck is our preparation time, not government processing time:
- Embassy appointment already booked — you have a specific consular date and need documents prepared and verified before that date
- DMSU appointment pending — you have a scheduled DMSU appointment for TRP filing or renewal and need supporting documents ready in time
- Employer start date is fixed — your employer has a specific date by which they need documents submitted to DSZ, and standard turnaround does not fit the window
- Permit expiry approaching — your current permit expires within 30 days and you need the renewal file ready immediately
When Priority Does Not Help
If the timeline constraint is government processing time rather than our preparation time, priority processing cannot resolve the problem. In those cases, we will tell you that clearly — along with an honest assessment of what the achievable timeline is — rather than take $49 for a service that does not address your actual constraint.
Specific situations where priority processing is not the solution:
- Your visa expires in less than the DSZ statutory processing window (30 working days) — only a government-granted extension or alternative legal status change can address this
- You need a work permit decision before a government-set deadline — we cannot shorten the DSZ window regardless of our preparation speed
- You have not yet started the eligibility assessment — priority processing cannot substitute for the assessment stage
