Migration cases involve sensitive personal and legal information. This page explains how we handle client data, what professional confidentiality obligations apply to our lawyers, and what we categorically do not do.
Professional Confidentiality
Ukrainian-licensed lawyers are bound by professional confidentiality obligations under the Law of Ukraine 'On the Bar and Legal Practice' (Закон України «Про адвокатуру та адвокатську діяльність»). This means that information you share with our lawyers in the context of an engagement — your immigration history, family situation, financial circumstances, documents — cannot be disclosed to third parties without your consent, and cannot be used against you.
This is not a policy we have chosen to adopt. It is a legal obligation enforceable by the Ukrainian National Bar Association.
What We Collect and Why

What We Never Do
- Share client information with recruiting agencies, employers, or sub-agents
- Use client information in marketing or case studies without explicit written consent
- Store passports or original documents beyond the immediate need
- Disclose information to government authorities unless legally required to do so
- Refer clients to other service providers in exchange for referral fees
Communication Channels
We communicate with clients via encrypted email and WhatsApp. Sensitive documents should be shared only through channels explicitly designated in your engagement agreement. We do not request documents via social media DMs or public group chats.
