Who We Are

A legal migration practice built specifically for Bangladeshi nationals navigating Ukrainian immigration law. Not a recruitment agency. Not a visa shop.

Kyiv Pathway was established to address a specific problem: Bangladeshi nationals pursuing Ukraine as a migration destination have almost no access to accurate, source-cited legal information in English or Bengali. The information vacuum is filled by BAIRA-affiliated agents and informal brokers whose understanding of Ukrainian law is superficial at best and fraudulent at worst.

Legal Credentials

All substantive legal work at Kyiv Pathway — document review, contract drafting, application preparation, legal consultation — is done by lawyers licensed to practice in Ukraine. Ukrainian lawyer licensing is administered by the Ukrainian National Bar Association (Національна асоціація адвокатів України, НААУ). A lawyer admitted to НААУ holds a Certificate of the Right to Practice (Свідоцтво про право на заняття адвокатською діяльністю).

We do not describe our practice members as 'migration consultants', 'immigration advisors' or similar titles that do not require any legal qualification. The word 'lawyer' in our materials means a person licensed by НААУ.

What We Do Not Do

Guarantee visa outcomesVisa decisions are made by Ukrainian government authorities. No private party can guarantee them.
Source employmentWe do not find jobs for applicants. We work with employers already identified by the applicant.
Operate sub-agent networksWe have no commission-based referral network. Every client engages directly.
Offer free legal adviceAll legal consultations are paid. Free advice creates an incentive structure incompatible with honest advice.

Operating Locations

Legal work is performed in Ukraine, where our lawyers are licensed to practice. Client-facing communication is conducted in English and Bengali. We serve Bangladeshi nationals located in Bangladesh, in Ukraine, or in third countries who are considering Ukraine as a migration destination.
