How to pay

Payment Methods

We accept Wise, USDT/USDC cryptocurrency, Western Union, MoneyGram, and international bank transfer (SWIFT). We issue a proper invoice before payment — not after. No cash. No payment to third-party agents.

Invoice first
You receive an invoice before you pay anything

We confirm your service scope, issue an invoice with the exact amount and payment details, then you pay. Payment is not collected through this website.

Accepted payment methods

  • Wise (formerly TransferWise) — recommended for Bangladesh
  • USDT / USDC on accepted networks (TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20)

  • MoneyGram (similar coverage to Western Union in Bangladesh)
  • International bank transfer — SWIFT/IBAN (USD or EUR)

Do not use these methods

  • ×Cash sent with "a friend" or carrier — no receipt, no recourse
  • ×bKash or Nagad to a local Bangladesh number — cross-border payments not supported
  • ×Payment to a third-party agent on our behalf — we have no agents collecting fees

Invoice before payment — always

We issue a proper invoice before you pay anything. The invoice includes the service description, the exact fee, the payment method details, and a unique reference number. Do not pay anything without receiving an invoice from us first. If someone claims to be collecting payment on our behalf without issuing an invoice, that is not us.

Option 1: Wise — Recommended for Bangladesh

Wise (formerly TransferWise) supports transfers from Bangladesh and offers the best combination of low fees, transparent exchange rates, and reliable delivery for most clients. You pay in BDT and we receive USD at the real mid-market rate.

How to payCreate a Wise account (free), initiate a transfer to our Wise email address, confirm the USD amount matches your invoice
Approximate fees1–2% of transfer amount for BDT → USD; shown transparently before you confirm
Processing timeTypically 1–2 business days
What to send usScreenshot or PDF of your Wise transfer confirmation
Minimum transferNo minimum — suitable for all service amounts ($30–$249+)

Option 2: USDT / USDC Cryptocurrency

We accept USDT and USDC stablecoins on TRON (TRC-20), Ethereum (ERC-20), and BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20). This is the fastest settlement method for clients who already hold stablecoins. Conversion from BDT to USDT is available through Binance P2P in Bangladesh.

Accepted tokensUSDT and USDC — no other cryptocurrencies
Accepted networksTRC-20 (TRON), ERC-20 (Ethereum), BEP-20 (BSC). Network is confirmed on your invoice — do not send on a different network.
Wallet addressProvided on your invoice — verify the address carefully before sending
Processing timeTRC-20: near-instant. ERC-20: 2–5 minutes. BEP-20: under 1 minute.
Approximate feesNetwork gas fees vary; TRC-20 is typically the lowest for small amounts
ConfirmationSend the transaction hash (TXID) to legal@uavisa-bd.com immediately after transfer

Option 3: Western Union or MoneyGram

Western Union and MoneyGram are widely available across Bangladesh and are suitable for clients who do not have a bank account or Wise access. Both services allow you to send USD to our receiver details from any agent location.

How to payVisit any Western Union or MoneyGram agent location in Bangladesh. You will need the receiver name and country from your invoice.
Approximate feesWU: typically 2–4% for BDT→USD international transfer. Fees are displayed at the counter before you confirm.
Processing timeTypically same day to next business day
What to send usThe MTCN (Western Union) or reference number (MoneyGram) from your receipt — email it to legal@uavisa-bd.com
ImportantSend the exact USD amount on your invoice. Fees are on top — do not deduct fees from the invoice amount.

Option 4: International Wire Transfer (SWIFT)

Bank-to-bank SWIFT transfer is available for clients whose bank supports international remittance to Ukraine. This is slower and may incur correspondent bank fees, but creates a formal banking record if that is important for your situation.

Bank detailsFull IBAN, SWIFT/BIC, bank name, and beneficiary name — provided on your invoice
Processing time3–7 business days
CurrencyUSD preferred; EUR also accepted (amount adjusted on invoice)
Correspondent feesIntermediary banks may deduct fees from the transfer amount. Send slightly more than the invoice total if your bank does not offer a "full amount guaranteed" option, or confirm with us before sending.

What Happens After Payment

Work on your case begins only after we confirm receipt of payment. Confirmation timeline by method: Wise — same business day; USDT/USDC — within 1 hour on receipt of TXID; Western Union / MoneyGram — same business day on receipt of reference number; SWIFT — 1 business day after funds are visible.

You will receive a payment confirmation email with your invoice marked as paid and the start date of your service. If you have not received confirmation within one business day of sending payment, email legal@uavisa-bd.com with your payment reference.

Warning — payment fraud targeting our clients

We have no agents or representatives who collect fees on our behalf. If anyone contacts you claiming to be a Kyiv Pathway representative and asks for payment to a different account, bank number, or wallet address — do not pay. Contact us directly at legal@uavisa-bd.com to verify. All payment details come exclusively from invoices we issue directly.

Before you pay

Invoice first. No surprises.
