Our practice

A practice built for one specific problem — Bangladeshis navigating Ukrainian immigration honestly.

Kyiv Pathway is a Ukrainian-licensed legal migration practice that works exclusively with Bangladeshi nationals pursuing Ukraine immigration. Not an agent network. Not a visa shop. A legal practice with professional obligations, published prices, and a clear record of what we will and will not do.

What Kyiv Pathway is

Kyiv Pathway was built to solve a specific problem: the Bangladesh-to-Ukraine migration corridor has a high rate of fraud, misinformation, and failed cases driven by unlicensed agents who overpromise and underdeliver. Legitimate applicants — workers, students, business founders — cannot easily distinguish good legal advice from bad.

The practice exists to provide the alternative: licensed legal advice, cited sources, honest case assessments, and a clear service scope. Every position we take — on pricing, on written output, on refusing guaranteed-visa language — is a direct response to how this corridor has historically been mishandled.

What it is not

We do not guarantee visas, source jobs, pay kickbacks to sub-agents, provide informal verbal advice that bypasses Ukrainian law, or take fees for cases we believe are unlikely to succeed. These are not oversights. Each is a deliberate position, and each is explained in the pages below.

Four pillars

How we work — and why each position matters

Licensed, not informal

Kyiv Pathway operates through Ukrainian-licensed lawyers — professionals with a bar card, a registration number, and professional accountability under Ukrainian law. We are not a Dhaka subagent, not a WhatsApp facilitator, and not an "overseas consultant" with no legal standing. When we give you legal advice, a qualified lawyer is behind it.

Written, not verbal

Every paid service produces written output. A written eligibility note. A written document redline. A written consultation summary. This is not a stylistic preference — it is legal discipline. Verbal advice cannot be reviewed, appealed, or verified. Written advice can. We never give legal guidance on the phone and then say "we told you so."

Honest, not optimistic

We tell you if your case is weak. We tell you if the employer does not check out. We tell you if the conflict situation in your target city carries unusual risk. We do not take fees for processes that are likely to fail. Optimistic advice that keeps a client moving toward a bad outcome is not good service — it is a slow-motion loss.

Transparent, not opaque

Prices are published. Process is described. No hidden steps, no "processing fees" invented mid-engagement, no referral commissions from third parties. Every stage of a Kyiv Pathway engagement is described in writing before it begins.

What we will tell you if it is not right for you

If your eligibility is low — wrong occupation category, employer not found in the Ukrainian registry, travel document issues — the $30 assessment says so in writing. If the employer you were referred to does not check out, we stop the process and tell you why. If the conflict situation in your target city carries unusual risk for foreign nationals, we include that in the assessment.

This is not a comfort service. The point is accurate information before you commit to a process that costs money, time, and career opportunity. A practice that only tells clients what they want to hear is not a legal advisor — it is a fee collector.
