What to do

RF01You previously overstayed a Ukrainian visa for more than 15 days
RF02You were previously deported from Ukraine for any reason
RF03You used a fraudulent document during a previous Ukraine entry or registration process
RF04You entered Ukraine at an irregular or unofficial border point in a prior visit
RF05You have changed your passport since a previous Ukraine visa refusal or departure order
RF06You received an official prohibition notice from ДМСУ but did not act on it
Legal consequence
Attempting to enter Ukraine with an active entry ban is a criminal offence under the Ukrainian Code of Administrative Offences. It results in permanent exclusion from Ukraine and may trigger criminal prosecution for intentional circumvention of a migration ban.
