Refund Policy
Refund terms for all Kyiv Pathway services — stated before any engagement begins. We do not impose no-refund conditions on services that have not been delivered.
Confirmed on launch. No payment collected through this site.
What this service includes

A fee is earned when the service is delivered, not when it is paid. If we have not delivered a service, you are entitled to a refund of the fee paid for that service. There are no 'processing fee' retentions on undelivered work except as specified below.
Service-by-Service Refund Terms
| Eligibility Assessment ($30) | Non-refundable once delivered. If you pay and cancel before the assessment is produced, you receive a full refund. Once the written assessment document is delivered, the fee is earned regardless of the assessment outcome. |

| Document Review ($50–$120) | Full refund if cancelled before review begins. Once we have begun reviewing documents, the fee is earned on a proportional basis — documents reviewed are billed, unstarted documents are refunded. |
| Employer Verification ($40–$80) | Full refund if cancelled before the check is run. Once the verification is completed and the report is delivered, the full fee is earned. |
| Legal Consultation ($80) | Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before the scheduled session.Cancellation within 24 hours of the session forfeits 50% of the fee. Once the session is conducted, the full fee is earned. |
| Company Registration ($300–$600) | The deposit (50%) is non-refundable once substantive preparation work has begun (charter drafting commenced). The balance is due on completion and is refundable if we fail to complete the registration through a cause attributable to us. |
| Custom Scope Engagement | Refund terms are specified in the written scope of work document agreed before the engagement begins. Standard principle: completed stages are billed; uncompleted stages are refundable. Government fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable. |
Government Application Fees
Government fees paid to Ukrainian authorities on your behalf — State Employment Service submission fees, registration fees, embassy visa fees — are paid by the Ukrainian authority and are non-recoverable from us. If a government authority refunds any fee, we pass it to you in full.
Application Outcome vs. Service Delivery
A refund is not payable because a government authority refused your application. Government decisions are independent of our work. We are paid for preparing and submitting a legally correct application — not for the government's decision on that application. This is why the eligibility assessment matters: it tells you before any work begins whether your application is realistically eligible.
If an application is rejected because of an error in our preparation — a document we incorrectly certified, a procedural requirement we missed — we will remedy the error at no additional charge or refund the service fee. These situations are rare and are handled case by case.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@uavisa-bd.com with your name, the service you paid for, the payment date, and the reason for the refund request. We will respond within 2 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days via the same payment method used to pay.
