Why Register a Ukrainian Company?
For Bangladeshi nationals who are founding or investing in a Ukrainian business, company registration serves two purposes: it creates a legal operating entity in Ukraine, and it establishes a ground for a temporary residence permit (TRP) based on business activity. The TRP does not require a work permit and can be renewed annually while the company remains active.
Company registration is not a shortcut to residence for people with no genuine business purpose. Ukrainian law requires the company to have actual economic activity — a dormant shell company does not indefinitely sustain a TRP renewal.
