Why Register a Ukrainian Company?
For Bangladeshi nationals who are founding or investing in a Ukrainian business, company registration serves two purposes: it creates a legal operating entity in Ukraine, and it can establish a ground for a temporary residence permit (TRP) only when your share in the company's charter capital is at least EUR 100,000 at the National Bank of Ukraine rate on the date of the investment (Law No. 3773-VI, Art. 4(12); Resolution No. 322, para. 33, item 9); the founder's TRP is then issued for 2 years (para. 4). A company with a smaller capital gives its founder no TRP ground.
Company registration is not a shortcut to residence. A director working for the company needs a work permit like any employee (Law No. 5067-VI, Art. 42-2).
