ইউক্রেনে বৈধভাবে কাজ করতে হলে আপনার তিনটি জিনিস লাগবে: (১) কাজের অনুমতি — যা ইউক্রেনীয় নিয়োগকর্তা আপনার হয়ে সরকারের কাছে আবেদন করবে। (২) টাইপ ডি ভিসা — যা নয়াদিল্লির ইউক্রেন দূতাবাস দেয় (আবেদন জমা ঢাকার VFS Global সেন্টারে)। (৩) অস্থায়ী বাসস্থানের অনুমতি (TRP) — যা ইউক্রেনে পৌঁছানোর পর নিতে হবে।
The five-step process
The Ukraine work permit process for Bangladeshi nationals has five distinct stages. Each stage has a different responsible party — employer, applicant, embassy, or Ukrainian government authority.
Find and verify your employer
ধাপ ১: নিয়োগকর্তা খুঁজুন এবং যাচাই করুন
Your Ukrainian employer must be registered with the EDRPOU company registry. Verify their registration number (EDRPOU code) before signing anything. Any employer who cannot provide an EDRPOU code is not a legitimate Ukrainian company. UA Visa BD's employer verification service checks four points against official registries — $40, written report in 24–48 hours.
Employer applies for work permit at DSZ

The Ukrainian employer submits the work permit application to the State Employment Service of Ukraine (DSZ). You do not do this — the employer does. The employer files the documents listed in Art. 42-2 of Law No. 5067-VI, and the employment centre decides within up to 7 working days of registering the application (Art. 42-6). You cannot enter Ukraine on this step — the permit must be issued first.
Gather Bangladesh documents
ধাপ ৩: বাংলাদেশের কাগজপত্র প্রস্তুত করুন (বিমা, অর্থের প্রমাণ, প্রয়োজনে অ্যাপোস্টিল)
While the employer's work permit is processing, prepare the visa documents: medical insurance with at least €30,000 cover, proof of funds, a 35 × 45 mm photo and the online form. Documents a Ukrainian authority asks for (for example a degree, or a police clearance if the consul requests it) get an MFA Bangladesh apostille. The BMET medical and online pre-registration can start now; the BMET clearance itself comes after the visa.
Apply for the Type D visa through VFS Global Dhaka
ধাপ ৪: ঢাকার VFS Global ইউক্রেন ভিসা সেন্টারে টাইপ ডি ভিসার আবেদন করুন
With the issued work permit in hand, fill in the visa form on visa.mfa.gov.ua and file it at the Ukraine Visa Application Centre run by VFS Global in Dhaka; the Embassy of Ukraine in New Delhi decides. Required documents: a certified copy of the work permit, passport, one 35 × 45 mm photo, medical insurance with at least €30,000 cover, proof of funds and the consular fee (Resolution No. 118, paras. 5, 8); the consul may request more, such as a police clearance (para. 10). Legal time limit: up to 10 working days from receipt of the documents, up to 30 with additional checks; urgent processing takes up to 5 working days at a double consular fee (Resolution No. 118, paras. 19, 24).
Arrive in Ukraine — file for TRP before your permitted stay ends
ধাপ ৫: ইউক্রেনে পৌঁছে থাকার অনুমোদিত মেয়াদ শেষের অন্তত ১৫ কার্যদিবস আগে TRP-এর আবেদন করুন
After arriving in Ukraine on the Type D visa, file the Temporary Residence Permit (TRP) documents at the State Migration Service (DMSU) no later than 15 working days before your permitted stay ends (Resolution No. 322, para. 17). The TRP is issued within 15 working days of acceptance (para. 5).
⚠️ সতর্কতা — প্রতারণা থেকে বাঁচুন
যে দালাল বলবে "ভিসা গ্যারান্টি দিচ্ছি" বা "আমার দূতাবাসে যোগাযোগ আছে" — সে প্রতারক। বাংলাদেশ থেকে ইউক্রেনের ভিসা বা কাজের অনুমতি কেউ গ্যারান্টি দিতে পারে না। ভিসার সিদ্ধান্ত নেয় ইউক্রেনের দূতাবাস — কোনো দালাল নয়। কাজের অনুমতির সিদ্ধান্ত নেয় ইউক্রেনের সরকার — কোনো বাংলাদেশি এজেন্ট নয়। যেকোনো নিয়োগকর্তার কাছে EDRPOU কোড চাইতে হবে — এটা না দিতে পারলে এড়িয়ে চলুন।
Realistic costs — what is normal and what is fraud

The government fees for Bangladesh documents (BMET, PCC, MFA authentication) and the Ukrainian visa fee are fixed costs. No agent or lawyer can reduce them. Legitimate legal advisory fees — such as UA Visa BD's $30 eligibility assessment or $80 document review — are separate from and in addition to these government fees. Any agent charging lakhs of taka above these official costs is a fraud warning sign.
